If an opponent claims Bendu's Lair and the next round starts. He goes first and uses the power action to roll Bendu's Lair out. I activate Rex with two other Clone Troopers out and take control of the battlefield. I assume the dice is removed but does it go back on Lair? Can I now use my power action and roll it out to my pool?

Rex takes control of the battlefield, so the die returns. A card’s Power Action can only be used once per turn, so I don’t think you would be able to use it again.

Edit: Rules Reference Guide pg 14 confirms the above. Power action can only be used once per turn, even if the card changes control during the turn.

Thanks. I guess I just assumed it worked like upgrades, if an upgrade moves to another character the dice moves with it and it no longer is in a pool.

Terminology use. You mean once per round, not once per turn. Everything else is correct.
