I'm just hoping someone makes the .apk files available for download for the folks in the regions not supported by FFG.
Independent Second Edition List Building App?

Obviously, a 1 dollar donation isn't sufficient for the devs to continue working.

Obviously there are players who are willing to educate themselves. Look at xw2browse. The user claimed to never have programmed before and was able to put this together. Life is a journey and its never to late to educate yourself especially if you may not have the money to get others to do the work you want done.
2.0 doesn't have to be any more cumbersome to build lists for than 1.0. Put your cards into plastic sleeves, print out the PDF, get scissors, cut out the points cost and upgrade slots, put the little strips of paper in the sleeve with the card.
Ta da! Everything is the same as it ever was except now FFG can change the point values and upgrade slots when needed. The players have lost nothing as long as they have a little ingenuity.
It would be nice if the point cost was placed next to the upgrade slots on the PDF though to make it a little easier. It's not hard to change it around in any image editing software though I'd wager.

I donated several hundred dollars to charitable fundraisers that he announced thru his app FB page to support him, if not his app.
Instead of learning to program, I have become fluent in French. And continue to work on it. Programming is not a life priority for me.
Given that most of your started threads about 2.0 involve grousing, try not to get a foot stuck in your stirrup (or mouth) as you get off of your high horse. You've got issues with 2.0 as well.

I have contributed to FlyCasual (I had to learn Unity and C# as I never used that framework nor programming language before). And FYI, I am building another mod for x-wing (not releasing until I get more demo games in).

Its unfortunate that you took my suggestion as offensive. You have valid options like paying a developer. What I should have said, is contract out the work that you desire. That tends to be expensive though as developers charge by the hour. A couple hundred dollars even if paid directly to a developer, won't actually pay for much of anything (a few hours of work).
The alternative is to learn how to program. Certainly that will take time but is also a valid alternative to using money. If you don't have the money or are unwilling to actually pay a developer to do the work, than do it yourself.

@Lace Jetstreamer , thanks for the shout-out. But let me clarify that I stated I have never built a web page before. I've been doing hobby Java programming for a few years, and my job uses Matlab. But web development is just the latest part of my journey, and during my 5th decade, so what you're trying to say does ring true.

So, after a few years or a few thousand dollars, I'll have just what I want. Perfect.

Yes. Welcome to the real world.

Also, if you are now fluent in french, maybe you can spend the bandwidth you used before studying french, to study a programming language. I personally find learning foreign languages very difficult compared to computer languages.

That's not how fluency works.

Indeed, a real world with finite temporal and fiduciary resources. So I'll just reiterate:

So do you think your initial complaint is still valid? The one where you discussed volunteers making apps on their own time and dropping support for them?
Well, to steer the conversation back to the topic at hand, here's this:

Only played around with it a little, but it’s shaping up to be quite serviceable. It also seems to be updating fast to fix errors when reported. Very impressed and thankful for these efforts.
