Essentially, this list cripples your ability to modify any of your attacks and many of your defenses, then forces you to shoot at a ship that you can barely hit and which regenerates anyway.
Black 1 erases a target lock (and can be used without sacrificing Poe's focus token). Wes erases any one thing but Reinforce. Fenn prohibits all attack buff tokens. Those last two need to have your ships in their firing arcs, but they can boost or barrel roll for free to get them there if they aren't, and they almost certainly move after you.
Poe has his usual amazing mitigation that works against any number of attacks and can't be wrecked with stress or blocking. At Range 3 he is guaranteed to prevent at least 1 hit vs. every attack, and if it's a primary he has a 93% chance of preventing at least 2. In comparison, the unbuffed 3-dice attacks you're making only roll 3 hits 12.5% of the time. And you'll only be shooting Poe with whatever ships aren't arc-dodged or PS-killed.
Fenn has Chewie instead of HotCOP for two reasons. One, the list frankly doesn't need any more buff-strippers, and two, it's effectively 2 more health if you try to kill Fenn first, which gives the list more time to kill one more of your ships and create an endgame where you're facing Poe with too little to beat him.
