With all the ships that are being redone for 2.0 am I going to have to buy ships I already have just for the upgrades to stay competitive. I really dont need or want a 6th x-wing or 3rd firespray etc.

FFG has stated that there will be a way for 1.0 players to get pilots & upgrades without buying models. The sky is not falling.

If only there were some kind of conversion kit to play all your old models...

I know about those but what im asking is that is the reprints going to have stuff that the conversion kits dont?

Yes they will. There will also be a way to purchase those new upgrades/pilots from FFG without buying additional models.

That's wrong. Or worded terribly. The conversion kits will have everything that wave 1 has, outside of the scum falcon and saws renegades. As new waves come out they have said there will be boxes for veterans to purchase to gain the cards in the expansion without rebuying another model.

For Wave 1 no. The conversion kits will have the extra pilots.

After that new expansions will have new cards but they have said that there will be ways to get them without buying the whole package. What that method is is unclear though atm.

With the app/HTML being the MC, I think all "proxy" cards are OK. So just buy the kits for cardboards and you should be good for next 10 waves

the conversion kits will not include future content, and over 50 percent of pilot cards for existing ships are future content
