Is Phennir okay? He only has 4 initiative - I would have hoped for 5. If I want to run him and Fel, would Swarm Tactics be a good idea on Fel, or would it make them too predictable (have to stay at range 1 of each other)?

Should the two Black Squadron Aces be Whisper with Juke (56) instead, who I also read is really good?

(At these costs, maybe someday I'll be able to run the two Saber aces and the two Royal Guards. Mmmm ...)

I do, however, like fitting Whisper in there instead of the BSAs. Seems more well rounded

Juke Whisper is 56 points, same cost as the two Black Squadron Aces.

At Init 4, I think Turr Phener needs at least a token point bid. Having inititive over all the other Init 4s, as well as the lessor pilots, will make him a more effective pilot.

Actually, Phennir is great either shooting or moving first - if he shoots first, he can still dodge out of arc with a boost or barrel roll. It's what makes him amazing, but also requires some practice.
