Two nimble little ships, with a hard-hitting tank in Vessery. Juke seems good on Phantoms since they get free evades when they decloak. FCS+Krennic is only 8 points, and will both set up turn-after-turn dice mods on Whisper, as well as powering Vessery's TLs and providing OptProt to one of the other ships in the list. Vessery lives longer, and shooting last he might be able to take advantage of the "expose a card" aspect of the 2e condition. On the other hand, Duchess shooting first could spend focus (58% chance to have a focus on 3 dice, so you don't need to spend a hit/crit) results to cancel shields, while barrel rolling or saving a token for defense.
