I would say yes. Elusiveness doesn't have the ^ icon, so I think Chopper could spend it.

Awesome combo for the E-wing with advanced sensors to recharge a shield then go red and recover it is very interesting. Still have to clear your stress next turn but Cassian U-Wing can help with that.

Awesome idea, except there's one big reason that combo won't work... B-Wings have no astromech slot.
