Do Crew/Docked Ships with Force Ratings Allow the carrier Ships to Equip force upgrades? I thought I heard this somewhere but can't find anything in the rules to support this.

Example does having Kanan/Ezra/Luke on board the Falcon allow you to equip things like Force Sense?

No, but they let you spend their Force tokens.

Unclear, but I would lean towards no. You can use the crew’s Force Tokens, but (unless it is stated on the crew cards) they do not add the Force Power Upgrade Slot.

But, those crew seem to have abilities that leverage the Force Token. For example, Luke’s Gunner card reads:

At the start of the Engagement Phase, you may spend 1 [Force] to rotate your [Turret Arc] indicator. [+1 Force, regenerates]
