New PDF Discrepancies :)

*shrug* things have changed. It's not surprising.

Also, it's probably worth noting that the quick builds can break the normal list building rules, as is already very evident.

Alex Davy mentions Vader doing multiple actions before dial on the unboxing stream, referring to the Saw's Renegades version of Advanced Sensors. But the wording in the conversion kit strictly forbids it. Lol

I had that same exact plan but for L3 in the falcon, which you can still do, only effective if rooting at a stressed target but still pretty impressive.

I simply meant that the Title is a valid option for a Scum HWK, but not present in the Scum pdf.

Looks like the jm5k not having a crew slot was just an error. They have since updated it so it does have one.

The Moldy Crow was definitely NOT in the S&V points doc earlier. It is now. That's a good sign. There might be other changes already as well, digging in.

Running list of changes I've noticed from earlier:

- JM5k has more slots now

- Moldy Crow is in S&V doc now

- K-Wing gained Gunner

That's all I'm seeing at a glance, need to pull up the PDFs I DLed earlier.

This may not technically qualify as a mistake. I get that the HWK-290 isn't a turret slot carrier anymore but Dace Bonearm is considerably weaker without being able to equip ICT on his own ship.

Yeah, I see that the changed all 4 names but only Rebel and S&V seem to have changes.

Moldy Crow was also added to S&V list.

I sure hope that if they continue to make small changes like this that they start adding a date&time stamp to the docs or a version number. Knowing which is newest is going to be important when people print these out.

I think there might be more edits coming .... they are on the 3rd rendition. Seems weird that Scum only has 2 ships with Gunner upgrade slots.... so weird I might sell my YV-666's and start flying Empire. ?

Looks like these pdf lists need to be D/L or printed every other day until the App drops.... if we wanna spend all day makin' lists.

Yeah I was really expecting the Lancer, JM5K and YV666 to have a gunner slot...

The scum Z-95 generic costs 24 points while the rebel Z-95 costs 23 points. WHY? I don't understand.

Wedge costs 52 but scum Fenn Rau costs 68??

I had low expectations for 2e initial costings, but some of the pricings are downright comical.

YV-666, sure, it is a big @ ss ship, and I believe in the RPG layout it had a separate gunner station. At least you didn't get demoted to Gunner + 2 crew like the Deci, so Jabba can have his buddies chilling with him.

The Lancer has the special turret precisely because the pilot is doing the shooting.

If the JM5K gets nothing but nerfs until eternity, I will be satisfied. Also, crew makes more sense than gunner.

Being able to put palp and any other force crew on the deci probably decided the nerf to it.

And additional they created a lot of false expectations. I could even say they used that probably on purpose for marketing.

Is it really breaking the rules, though? If you're using the app to build your list, you're not using the quick-build cards. If you're using the quick-build cards, you're not using the app. Who cares if the two conflict with each other, as long as they don't conflict with the game rules or the ship and upgrade cards?

Probably just easier to maintain that way. If they only update the document that changes, then they have to keep track of four version numbers. If they update all of them together, they only have to track one.

That's probably what the filename change is, but yeah, it'd be nice to have it printed on the documents somewhere.

Probably because Bandit Squadron doesn't have an Illicit slot.

But if agile gunner turns out to be like gyroscopic as the rumors say the lancer should have had gunner.

As for the JM5K and YV666 I think a Gunner makes sense though given given that both Dengar and Bossk are gunners

only scum falcon, y-wing, and Marauder have gunners

I mean... Weapons engineer used to be a generic crew, not its Scum + Rebel only, because it is called R3 Astromech...

That's just the name of the game.

Nither the K-wing or Tie Punisher have the Talent slot, which would be fine if that didn’t make Saturation Salvos almost useless again, as it stands, only the Y-wing and Gunboat can take it

Maybe they updated the PDF after this thread was started, but the Jumpmaster DOES list a crew slot.
