For my group of friends I built an online 2.0 card browser. It contains every spoiled card I could find, and I’ve been trying to keep it up to date when FFG releases better images. I’ve got the spoiled Quick Builds in there with some organization: you pick the build you like, and you can browse the upgrades of the build. The pilot cards also have the ship dials available for review.

This is a handy, raw picture browser. Very direct. Love it.

I'm worried that different devs are repeating work alone, separately, though. X-Wing 1st edition had the great xwing-data github repository (now managed by Guido Kessels) https://github.com/guidokessels/xwing-data

He's been ramping up to do something similar for x-wing 2.0, but life circumstances slowed him down.

Meanwhile, we have a super slick, lean "content browser" of sorts by sirorj here: http://xhud.sirjorj.com/xwing.cgi

However, the thing that worries me is that those 2 efforts + yours will inevitably contain small mistakes that have to be corrected in isolation, rather than sharing what you all have in common, which is a lot!

I'm aware that it's a lot of work - perhaps some of it can be crowd-sourced (Guido has had some of his stuff typed in that way).

This is great! I added it to the index of Useful Links right near the top!

I’ve never made a web page before, just learned what I needed to fiddle through this effort, and hope to figure out how to fork, merge, and git some day. I’m an amateur who can’t keep up with the real devs around here. But if there’s something useful in what I’ve done that will help the community, just tell me what to do.

Fixed a bug where the left/right arrow buttons were obscured by the card image if you changed from browsing Upgrades to browsing faction pilots. Sorry about that, I was in a rush to get points integrated.

Would it be possible to add the slots on the ship card?

I’m almost done with this addition. It makes the cards much more reminiscent of 1.0... give me a few hours, subject to delay due to RL.

So.. you're saying you upgraded everything, so this whole thread is no longer pointless?

I've updated the browser for the following:

• Essential Galactic Empire card images incorporated
• BoLS TIE Advanced x1 Quick Build / Threat Level builds added
• U-Wing images all edited to show 2 Agility
• Slave I stress/no stress titles both included (unclear which one is the correct one)

Note that for now I'm sticking with the "Before you activate" Edrio Two Tubes pilot card as opposed to the "After you activate" wording. "Before" shows up in a more recent article, while "After" shows up in the released Wave 14 expansion. I'm currently under the impression that FFG intends the "Before" wording.

And while I'm here, we now have a very nice community built squad builder, which looks much better than anything I could build:

Thank you! Fixed! I put the image of an extended art card in that doesn't have the stress token wording. If anyone knows where I can get a "standard" art card without the stress wording, please point me at it.

I haven't gone through the Rules Reference yet. Feel free to let me know corrections from it. I'll try to go through it this weekend.
