What about this mission that i've created?
I don't know if this was a typo, but as written there is no scoring after round 4. That means there will either be a concession or mad deathmatch after that, which could be good or bad. Change of pace for most objectives. I think it strongly favors the rebels (Luke) because of mobility, though. Luke will almost every time win the middle objective first, meaning a Vader player can just hope to tie. Additionally, because of the astromech attack, only force users are viable (Immune: Pierce). Remove pierce and it still favors force users, but to a lesser degree. This is almost tailor-made for a wonder twins list.
I feel that if the Droid cannot be damaged then it probably shouldn't be able to perform an attack. Also, it should try to always move to be in unit cohesion with whoever the commander is. So if the real commander is defeated, the Droid will seek out the promoted unit leader. And performing the data action should be the droid, not the commander. In fact, I'd be okay with the Droid having its own activation token rather than acting on the commanders action.
Also I think you should score on turns 4 and 6, not 2 and 4.

i'll make some changes for a fair game between Imperial and Rebel list.
I like your objectve! Maybe every unit with the droid should reduce Speed to 1.
1) A droid is very slow!
2) No commander will win because he/she can run faster than Vader.
Maybe very boring to play with the long march?

I don't think droids are that slow. Maybe protocol droids. But R2 has rockets! And the C1s (which are the droids the OP has printed) have a deployable unicycle wheel to cruise around on. So I feel like speed 2 us appropriate .
