But Ved/Juno's ability isnt just a reactive one - it's also about adding a bunch of moves to the dial that aren't there. In 1st edition, that's adding white 1 turns, a green 1 forward, and a red 3 and 5 K that aren't already on the dial, and turning your 2 banks and 4 forward green. In 2nd edition, you get the added white 1 turns, the red 3 and 5 Ks, and 2 T-rolls, and turn the 1 and 4 forwards and the 3 banks green.
In both cases that's a marked improvement to the base dial, and you still get to reactively adjust to potential blocks or avoid overshooting your target as well. Seems pretty good to me - just maybe not as good as Vader. ?
