Really though, I’d like to see this in maybe a new campaign box, with some interesting cards to add some support like the Sheathipede does in X Wing.

Definitely a points reduction, and certainly reduced armament. Then unique cards to help the Rebels like for example the trauma team to help Officers who are normally discarded (The example I gave right at the start). Or maybe an upgrade that gives fighters a re-roll against ships that engage the Med Frigate?

Any other possibilities anyone can think of? That don’t involve catheters?

The Medical Frigate is where Luke got his new hand - you see them standing looking out the window as Lando and Chewie fly off at the end of ESB.

If I recall, wasn't the Medical Frigate also destroyed by the Death Star in ROTJ? I always thought that was a wasted shot - why take out a Nebulon when Home One is still flying around?

I wouldn't mind a new Neb-B ship card with a Medical Frigate on one side, lower armament and cost, slightly different upgrade suite. On the other side maybe an Imperial Patrol Frigate variant of some sort. Most of all what I think the Neb-B clearly needs now is a Catheter title.
