I'm not sure it comes out nearly as much in the difference between the two decks, because only the most popular cards were used, but in the deck analysis the less popular cards were dramatically different between the thematic and non-thematic lineups. The Faramir decks used a lot of different cards to try to get Treebeard into play on turn one, while the saga decks drew heavily on saga cards and several didn't even have the great non-saga generic Ents.
