And I am working on the Ice Queen miniature again

The scepter has come along... and the change in the raised hand is good. I'm sure there are other details worked one, but just had time for a fast peek.

You are right and there will be more things changed on her. Especially on her ice helmet and ice shoulders.
Keep up the good work mr brogger
Her hand is so much beter now.
What kind of medium do you use?
Do you do this as a hobby?
Are the real mini's sculpted large size and reduced downwards like action figures and the like? because if you are working small scale and getting those results that is pretty impressive.

Thank you! - I work in small scale.
The media is a two component clay that hardens after being combined. It is also known as green stuff.

Ohh, and for now it is a hobby
I am going to have to give this a try. I'll start with something a bit bigger, and see if I can scale down.
Is it able to be carved after hardening? Do you have to put in any internal structure?

Yes, you can carv it after hardening, For the internal structure I use copper thread, but you can use other kind of thread too.
You can also see the images in this topic www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_foros_discusion.asp. Here you can follow some images of a dwarf being scupted.

I indeed am, and also painting the Highland miniatures + the usual stuff like taking care of my kids... and wife.
But funny you mention it now, because I am nearly finished painting and think I will begin working on the Ice Queen again today
