I started this topic so you can follow and comment on the creation of the Ice Queen miniature.

Here comes the first look on the Ice Queen miniature.

Here is some more of the Ice Queen I am working on. I will try to make her look like a real evil ***** Velhart

The base is just a temporary one. The final will be the same size as those from Talisman miniatures.

Here is more Ice Queen to look at. There is still a lot of work to be done. She is a little bit more than 30 mm, but as I see the miniatures in the Frostmarch, there seem to be no plan to keep a specific scale for Talisman miniatures.

But her miniature will be larger, because she is standing on a stone...

I hope she is not too large if we comparate it with the other miniatures, otherwise she will be a giant

The Grim Reaper is a bit taller than her. Most Talisman miniatures follows the 30 mm scale wich I am trying to do as well. And I actually just managed to scale her down to that now. The "Stone"/Ice she stands on is not counting in, only the size of her.

Also, Mrs Frostbite needs to be taller (overall) than a normal character as she would not appear how she does on the Frostmarch cover!

I think it's good that she is a bit larger with the rock etc. You can easily see her on the board then
