Revelations from Thrawn #6

By Stinger07, in X-Wing

This is going to be an interesting. There is a small fleet of of scummy ships attacking Thrawn's star destroyer.

Ships I noticed in the scene...

YT-2000, A Wings, the Twilight, that clone wars shuttle (Epsilon?), the Ebon Hawk(!??) and, lastly, the Daedelus from Stargate (???)

Any future expansions here?

Don't forget the classic Heavy Dreadnought design rather than the canon Imperial Support Vessel one, that said, I wouldn't expect too much since it was likely whatever the artist wanted to add within reason. I do hope we see the YT-2000 in time though.

Oops... Classic "look before you post" issue...

No big.

I was a bit surprised no one seemed interested in the Daedalus being in there. Perhaps the Ancients covertly inspired the design in the SGC based on a design they remembered from before they ascended; a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.

Heh, it does look like the Ebon Hawk.

On a more serious note, this is a hopeful tone that we’ll see some of these ships used in further stories, thus our chances of seeing them in game go up.

Nice to see at least the comics are using old Legends ship designs. Now where is the Gunboat?!?!

That's great that the Daedelus is in there. The latest issue of Dr. Aphra had a "pirate space station" that was VERY obviously a modified Babylon 5 station (the big changes were the solar panels and forward cargo forks were removed).

Glad someone else noticed the Daedelus!

Out of Star Wars and Star Trek, I actually like Stargate SG-1 more!

(Sorry not sorry!)

Ooh. Didn’t know that. Look forward to it.

Also mentioned in the other thread, the ship that looks like the Ebon Hawk has actually been seen in the Marvel comics before, in a Star Wars Rebels comic (I don't know what issue exactly).

Alright, so now that we have the Daedelus in Star Wars, we can ask a very important question: F-302 vs X-wing, who wins? F-302 vs TIE Fighter?

Depends who is flying. I think Mitchel could take Wedge but probably not Luke. Now Teal’c in a death glider or shuttle and they are all dead.
