Howdy. My name is Myke Linscott and I work at The Wizards Guild in Athens Ohio.

We're about to begin our leagues here in Athens Ohio. We haven't settled on a day yet, but it looks like Tuesday is going to be the winner. We also play AGoT, and slew of other stuff.

Definitely interested in this. This is Bo, the guy who bought the core set + deck box thing. Me and Aaron had a lot of fun with the game, and want to try and get something going in Columbus, but I'd still like to know what you guys end up doing in Athens.

Would you be interested in any type of league in Columbus? I was thinking of doing one at the Guard Tower

Update on The Wizards Guild

The league begins this Tuesday at 6:30. No entry fee for the duration of this season of the league, winner gets the voting slip.

I'm working on having some alternate prizes worked out for next season (Season? Quarter? I don't know.), and hopefully we'll move towards something with an entry fee and prize support.

Also, this is the limited format we were planning on using, since we couldn't find any other rules besides the one in the core rulebook:

Athenian Limited

Before the limited event starts, each player compiles a 125 card limited pool from amongst cards owned. The cards must obey Order/Destruction rules and the 3-of limit is still in effect. Players do NOT have to include Shifting Tides, Cut Supply Lines, Sabotage or Reinforcement Cards in their 120 card pool, although they may still counterdraft those cards. And as a final note: sleeves really help out here if both players are using their own pool.
