Armor Question

By Winter324, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

I've been playing armor a certain way and my wife has started to think that maybe it isn't right...

When a hero performs a battle action or any ability that allows two attacks from the same hero in the same turn I have decided that if the hero punches through the monster's armor on the first roll that it remains punched through for the second. Similarly if a monster's armor is five and you do three damage on both rolls the cumulative effect is a loss of one for the monster.

The question is whether I missed a rule somewhere and am doing something right or did I just make up something?

Attacks are resolved separately so armor applies to each attack and damage is not cumulative., so unfortunately for you you are wrong.

Go say you're sorry to you wife

... seems like a theme in my house...

1) Your wife is right (about the armor)

2) Go give your wife a wrist and forearm massage to ease all the tension of dice rolling

3) Buy your wife many gifts for playing Descent with you!
