Ran into @JJs Juggernaut at Dice Tower Con and talked him into a game of Armada! With everything going on at the Con I forgot my Tripod, so the angle isn't as good as I'd have liked - I actually had to mount the camera up on a chair, tied up with some spare lanyards, on top of a table. Enjoy!

Well killing the ships is the idea. Haven't tried it yet though. It was just a fleet I threw togeather.

But I thought the batrep was just a ploy for us to visit the Game Toppers site and be utterly amazed.

Very interesting battle report - I didn't mind the angle of the camera and sound quality was good. Thanks for the snap of setup showing the Cruisers on the fly-by past the VSD and Kuat, nice to see from that angle. It's also really good the way you show the fleets on the side of the shot throughout to help watchers remember what each ship has - something I'd like MOTF to do too!

I know it's extra editing work but if you could do more snapshots (top down) like you did with the opening setup that would be lovely!

Btw: Isn't there a rule that says that if a measurement is between two ranges/distances, the shorter one has to be chosen (turned out like that anyways)?

I don't think there is but interested to know for sure. I think with snipe for example if a squadron's base is within distance 1 or 2 you can choose to snipe or do normal attack.

Yeah that was our demo room. Closed up and then set up for the game - needed some peace and quiet after a crazy con day.
