The vassal security issue is that IT experts can lift passwords from the log files if they try hard enough. So dont use a normal password.

ahh it has probably been so long that I had put a password in that I didn't even remember that. Well that is pretty well good advice for anything you do...Don't repeat passwords.

I'm not sure my guests since then would agree lol.

No plans. But I have friends on both.

That came out wrong. All the episodes have been good, I just liked Q’s perspective as someone who was coming back to the game after a hiatus.

Just curious Is there a reason you feel that way? He was nerfed during relay and flotilla abuse...which then yah you had this 8 sqn ball of death roaming around the table. But now with relay being restricted and flotillas as well. Do you not feel that the addition of about 2 inches of extra distance isn't that great? Might actually see him on the table, and realistically force, opponents sqns to come out and actually fight? If you don't have sqns....well then his ability doesn't really matter anyways.

He was also great during a time when people weren't really flying sqns that much. I know I used to abuse him with a Demo 3 flotilla and raider list (4 flotilla no raider pre lifeboat nerf). Which basically saw 3/4 nerfs lol. I guess I would just like a reason to bring some admiral besides Sloane once you pass the 90 points worth of sqns mark.

Hey Mogrok, in the spirit of friendly argument....

I had many miserable games against prenerf rhymer. Even ignoring sloan he was too good.

Pre nerf he could quite happily hammer one ship at a time into oblivion - at least now your other ships can potentially flak back to help out the target.

Pre nerf he was immune to black dice flak as well.

Pre nerf he was basically an unkillable deathblob that had more damage output than most ships with none of the drawbacks ships suffer like activation order, fire arcs and shoot then move.

The only way to really compete with him was again to drive the game towards overly technical squad play.

I think if rebel squads are too good at the moment the answer isnt to double down on the importance of the squadron war because that just drives a lot of other options further into the margins.
