I just have two quick questions. My first is can a tank use the Overrun ability to pin enemy squads in a pillbox/fortification. While playing a 4 player game a german player activated a reinforcement card. It said you get 2 squads with 4 regular infantry each. Does this mean both German players receive troops or just the one who activated it?

Units in Pillbox/entrenchments are not affected by overrun.

Only the player activating the Strategy card is affected by the reinforcement card and recive units.
