Does any one know who to contact about this?? Yesterday l bought two packs of the new booster packs for Star Wars Destiny. One pack was fine. The other was not, the die card did not match the die? Has this happened to anyone else??
Card die mismatch
Contact FFG, they'll send you the correct card.

Although I haven't had this happen to me personally, I have read about the issue before on the forums here and on FB. Typically, the issue seems to be box specific. Every time someone brought it up, they said that opening packs from that same box typically self-corrected. So, if buying a box of 36 and you have mismatched dice - no big deal because by the time you open all the packs from the box, you'll get all the right dice to go with all the right cards.
If you bought a single pack from a box at a store and had this problem, you will need to contact customer support from FFG. I haven't gone through the process personally, but it does seem like you tell them what happened and such - they send you the correct card OR (what I've read more online) is that they send you a replacement pack.
I definitely think it would be helpful to hear what FFG does for you and how they rectify the situation. If you do contact them, could you post what happened, how long it took to 'fix,' and if you were satisfied with the outcome? Thanks! This is definitely one of my biggest fears whenever I go and buy a random pack at a store though. I've actually opened it in the store to ensure the card/dice matched. I know the store owner couldn't do much about it either, but if a fresh box - at least I could tell them what was going on and figure out what to do from there. Thankfully, haven't had the issue so far...hope not to either! Sorry for your troubles! Hope it all gets worked out smoothly/quickly!
also check your stickers, while FFG qc was better lately some die's won't have correct stickers on them and not be tourney legal.
Parts FAQ says: "For any requests regarding English language Star Wars: Destiny booster packs, you must have a photo and a copy of your receipt from within the last 30 days. In addition, we will not service any defects with common or uncommon cards. In response to a perceived factory defect for rare or legendary card and/or die we will replace the card, but we will not replace the exact die. If there is a factory defect with a die, we will send out a sealed booster pack as a replacement."

Yes, this has happened to me on a couple of occasions, usually there was another dice/card combo in the box that corrected the issue.
Impulse: I received a Leia dice that was damaged, and so I decided to try this process to see what happens. So thanks to Amanal for those pages, you saved me a search. I will document the process and post on here how it goes. In any case, the first step was easy: submit info, photos of the dice and receipt, and give the reason for the parts request. If FFG feels that my request is justified then I can tell you how the rest of the process is when I hear back. Hopefully soon!

I had a problem with the print blistering off on a few of my dice (Force Speed and Vibroknife) some time ago.
They sent two loose booster packs as a replacement... not replacement dice.
In regards to the OP, previous people on here have said that they'll send the matching card to your die only - I hope it's a Legendary die!

If I were a collector, I’m sure the damaged dice would bother me. But since I just play casually, it’s not a big deal. And if I get a free pack I figure, hey, why not?
I heard back tokay from Asmodee:
“Current request status: Shipped
Note: Thank you for submitting your request. Due to the nature of your request we are happy to send you a replacement booster pack and will ship you one at no cost to you. We hope this brings balance to the force. Thanks!”
Given that I made the request on a Saturday, this is a very timely response. And I am happy about a free booster, thought I certainly would have been disappointed if I had been looking to collect a pristine version of Leia, and when I finally drew her I got a messed up dice and not a Leia replacement. That said, I understand Asmodee’s response since it is a randomized game not to be able to hand out the specific dice. And so I feel that they are taking an appropriate response by replacing my pack for free, and not requesting a return from me. But since everyone buys Star Wars Destiny boosters for a different reason I will leave it to you to evaluate their response.
Again, I will follow up with a post about the arrival time, and the conclusion of the process, and just for fun I will tell you all what I draw. Hopefully it’s soon!

I love their customer service. They have the game made, they could have x # of each die shipped to them if they wanted. They mostly fear people scamming the system for the top dollar dice/cards if you could get both (I'm guessing).
My pack arrived in the mail today, so shipping isn’t so bad.
Came with a CR2 Heavy Blaster, Way of the Force, Closing the Deal, First Aid, and Undermine. Perhaps not great, but it’s better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
I did not want to start a new thread on this because I am not sure it is warranted too much attention. I know 3player who opened 4-5 boxes each from the same supplier cool stuff. None got a Luke. I look over at eBay and there are like 5 for sale unlike the huge number of every other card before including the ancient.
Also all 3 of them got 6,7, and 8 bendu’s lair along with 23-31 sets of rares that had multiples of 4-7 each. Two of the guys opened boxes missing 3 and 5 rares character completely and had either 1 of characters like Annikan, bo, fifth Brother etc.
I always bought 5 boxes before this go and always bought 2-2-1 boxes from three aeperate suppliers out of fear the Chinese Factory did a poor job mixing up the packs. What are other peoples’ experiences and thoughts.
I opened Eight boxes and still don't have any Fifth brother lightsabers. I also only got One Ezera Saber and one Cassian. just the luck of the draw. I remember having to by Ashoka as singles instead of opening it. I opened like 7 Thrawns from the Empire set. Got four ancient sabers. And to boot I had one Empires booster box give me seven legendaries. Sorry you didn't get everything you wanted but it seems pretty random which is the design. One of the guys I play with opened like 7-8 Yodas. so who knows.
No offense, but I think you might benefit from taking a beginning course on stastics. The probability of that happening (7-8 Yoda’s or Thrawns) with even low end, fair effort at shuffling is ......zero. Well to be perfectly honest, many zeros: .000000000000016789. or something in that realm.
The probability of you not getting a fifth brother LS is not the same. Plus, those are also reasonably probable bad odds.
Now I see why FF gets away with what they do. Same reason so many of our leaders get away with lying all the time. People don’t do their homework or research.
Hey, he isn't lying all the time just 72.37% of the time. ?
I had a great time opening boxes, after a few trades I had 3 cards left for the play set. A few of us purchased a half box to play a few sealed games, I managed to get one of the cards I was chasing in the 8 packs we opened in the afternoon and my friend took Leia. I ended up winning a pack and drew one of the 2 cards I had left to go. At which point I Just purchased that card as a single.
