What expansion does flight commander come in?

Yes, I think that was a really odd, I wanted the Quasar to bring Flight Controllers as having only 1 is not always enough for me and I don't want to buy another Victory. Besides that is a great upgrade for the Quasar.

Not all expansion packs are relatively self-contained to include cards mostly for that particular ship (unlike Experimental Retrofits and Fleet Commands for Interdictors and Peltas, respectively). There are a couple reasons for this. First, it “encourages” you to buy more expansions and cross-faction expansions. Want to run multiple TRC90s or Arquitens with TRCs? Get ready to buy some MC30s (or trade for the cards). Secondly, some upgrades are used to “fix” or improve previous ships. Consider that Moff Jejerrod came with the Arquitens, but helped to get Victory’s back on the table.

maybe if we get an app or second edition we won't have to worry about cards or their being released with random ships(written with a massive sarcastic smile because with each passing day the "armada is dead" monologue running in my head feels less like a joke and a little more real)
