For my Rise of the Runelords game, we have completely reverted back to the traditional currency system. This initially started as an expansion of the Alchemical section for the Alchemist in my group, but quickly expanded into the entirety of the basic Goods and Services from Pathfinder. I also found a file that someone had started who attempted to convert all of Pathfinder. While that is not my goal, having extra "stuff" is handy.

The poison section (which will be expanding as I'm only at D) is very much a WiP and feedback would be greatly appreciated. Rather than just doing damage, I went with the approach of poisons causing Critical Injuries and other narrative effects.
