You expect a cartoon for little kids to be accurate scientifically?

It's called a cartoon because it is......

a ludicrously simplistic, unrealistic, or one-dimensional portrayal or version

Thats the thing that gets me about this whole thread. Technically what is on the screen is nearly completely irrelevant to what you do in your game. Do what you think is fun.

Dont think about the science too hard. This way lies madness.

Hehe...well, we've still gone with normal outer space. To the extent that in "Escape from Mos Shuuta", my daughter's character blew Trex out of his own airlock on the Krayt Fang , killing him. :)

My rule of thumb for when I am not on the forum is to not explain too much. I like to preserve the exotic nature of the Galaxy by having it remain alien to the players and myself as much as possible.

Well except the scene i am referring is not in that gas.

Except did they kill him? Wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Its always possible he got picked up by a passing freighter and decides to show up later after he's recovered? What a twist, they'd never see it coming!

It's all a matter of story telling. Rule of cool matters more than the nitty gritty science.

My daughter would kill me. It was one of her proudest moments.
She'd just kill me. :)
