Dog pound: Thweek or Fenn?

By DanteStorm, in X-Wing Squad Lists

So I have a tournament in about 12 hours and I want to take a list I use to play alot, which is dog pound, basically two hounds and Fenn. Now I don't know how it will fair in our meta, so I'm thinking of changing a bit and would like help to know what is more competetive, not expecting to win everything, just not make a fool out of myself.

The original list is as follows:

Trandoshan Slaver (29)
4-LOM (1)
Dengar (3)
Zuckuss (1)

Trandoshan Slaver (29)
K4 Security Droid (3)

Fenn Rau (28)
Push the Limit (3)
Autothrusters (2)
Concord Dawn Protector (1)

Total: 100

Now, I was thinking of removing Zuckuss and 4LOM for a 2 point bid.

Another option is our good friend Thweek which solves the ps 10 and 11 issues, while also adding some stress control:

Trandoshan Slaver (29)
Tactician (2)
Dengar (3)

Trandoshan Slaver (29)
Tactician (2)
K4 Security Droid (3)

Thweek (28)
Fire-Control System (2)
Autothrusters (2)
StarViper Mk. II (-3)
Virago (1)

Total: 98

Keeping the same logic, two YV-666s and an ace, how would you build it? What would you change?

I confess, I would want to load up those slavers more...

Navigator and the Fins on each of them let them basically switch to ANY maneuver they want on any one side. Then one gets Dengar and one gets Maul for rerolls. An Outlaw Tech on each pretty much guarantees them their focus to round out the offense. However, that only leaves 24 points for an ace. A M3-A ace could definitely fit in there, but not much else. To get a viable 3rd ace (I would use Thweek as you have him), I would just ditch the Navs and Fins - more risk of being outmaneuvered, but more offense if you don't.

I say Thweek above Fenn because, in my (albeit limited) experience, Fenn dies faster.
