Just wondering if anyone had a card list for Ulthaun yet. I want to see if this pack is solo, double or triple buy.

Hope to get the german one tomorrow. Was shipped on friday. Is it legal to post a card list here?

There a bunch of databases out there that list the cards, one that I know of posts the images of the cards. I can't imagine a list of the cards wouldn't be allowed.

On a very positive note, I can say that I did see a guy who had 1 copy of this new set here in the Twin Cities but my friend neglected to ask him where he'd gotten it from, as none of the stores here seem to have it in stock. I'm guessing he could have been a play-tester, perhaps, or had an "in" at FFG. I don't think he realized how fortunate he was to have it.

Anyway, my friend peeked at some of the cards and said there was an Innovation in the set! Considering that it's nearly a must-have card for ANY deck (a 0-cost Resource producer should almost always be in ANY deck, imho), it was great to know that we'll be getting some more of this important card in this new expansion.

hey if we get more copies of some of the other 1-copy cards, i'm all for it. Innovation would be great. Also Abandoned Mine & Pilgrimage

Well you could easily get more Abandone Mine cards...I picked up several with the BP set it came in ...

I have to admit that I don't see Abandoned Mine as terribly necessary for many decks. Perhaps for a few but it's nowhere near as utilitarian in its usefulness as Innovation, for example. Just my opinion though.

Abandoned Mine, like i said would be useful to Order - Empire w/ City Gates (which most empire decks include nowadays i'm sure), Dwarves w/ development-loving units, Recalim the Hold, Wake the Mountain, the one from next cycle that allows you to draw a card when you a devel down (Mining Tunnels) - not as numerous in Dwarf deck types that use these currently, but i bet will increase with Mining Tunnels....It's a critical card that allows you to access a valuable card mid to late game. With those cards mentioned, it gives you a huge hand advantage, especially if you build your deck with cards that have specific uses and/or combos - it's not going to be as useful in a weenie deck. I kind of expect High Elves to have some benefits for having developments. It is far less game changing early-game vs. Innovation due to cost, much more in mid-game, and i'd say about the same late-game in development decks.

I'd only proxy this when playing a casual game against friend/ family member who doesnt have a deck and they're playing my other deck that has my copies in it. If they'd have a problem with it, i'd pick a new deck. Most of the people i play with understand not wanting to pay $10 for each copy of a card that would make certain deck types 'tick', especially given the promises of LCG format.

I have a feeling that innovation won't be included in Ulthaun, and that your buddy simply saw a bunch of cards from Ulthaun and because Innovation is so great the guy used it in his Ulthaun deck. But we'll both know more in a few days.

I guess there are 2 copies of Innovation in Ulthaun, Surprised and wrong.
