Recently i discovered that my flexfolio with all of my upgrade cards for Runewars and Legion went missing. We have a tournament in 1 week and im screwed hard by that I dont know what to do cause it was a lot of cards. Guess for now i have to stay away from tournaments

Any idea where you lost them? My wife lost her keys Friday morning. We didn't find them until this morning, so don't lose hope!

But if you think they're really gone, it won't hurt to drop a line to Customer Service and ask for replacements. You might even include a picture of your proof of purchases, if you've saved those. I don't know how likely they are to replace upgrade cards, but I think I've heard of them doing it once or twice before.

Ive lost them yesterday but only today i found out about it. I imidietly went to every place that i knew i had those cards but unfortunetley i didnt find them. I've alread wrote to customer service and ive posted photos of my collecion and if they woud want it i wil send them proofs of purchase. Hope they will send me those cards

There are certain upgrades I've got more of than I'll ever realistically use. If you'd pay for the shipping I could ship a few extras assuming FFG doesn't replace. That said, I'm not going to hinder my own collection, so I might not be able to help with all upgrades.

Another thing to remember for tournaments often it's a relaxed environment so people/TOs will often be forgiving with copies of cards especially given the circumstances.

Crap happens, as someone that TOs from time to time, I'd sure allow it.
