I'm going through a divorce at the moment and I've lost all the components from the core set. I still have all the models, but all the cards, tokens, range rulers and movement tools are gone. If anyone has extra unit/upgrade cards to sell, or anyone who bought two core sets has some extra movement tools, range rulers, command cards, deployment cards etc I could buy off them, that would be great.

Take a look on eBay. Lots of stores crack open boxes to sell parts. Heck you can always get another core set

Nihm's suggestion is a good one - in fact, I think that if you get a replacement core set, you'd have better luck selling off the minis you don't want to keep than you will trying to buy all of those lesser components. The only hard part might be the fact that you don't have the cards and tokens for the units.

One thing I'll also suggest. If you're playing casually, the only things you really need to play are the movement tools. For the dice, generic d8s and d6s can be used and the numbers can be assigned the hit, crit, surge, and block icons corresponding to the particular colour of die. That said, both the dice and movement tools can be purchased separately and the movement tools come with the range ruler too but the range ruler is just 6 inch segments and you could just use a measuring tape. All of the cards (unit, upgrade, battle) can be proxied from the rules available on the Legion wiki or from the various list building sites. As for tokens, any sort of coin or marker (perhaps from another game) could be used as stand ins. Not ideal but something to start with. Like I said, this would be fine if you're playing with friends or in a casual environment, if you're into the tournament scene though I understand you would need the hard copies of the cards and the correct dice. I echo the ebay suggestion in that regard.
