Been playing around on squad builder for quite a while and here's what I like best for a Reaper list. Thoughts?

Depending on your Krennic choice you make two ships really stay attached that really want to separate.

If you ever want to jam it further limits your attack potential. With lesser mods. Strikers and Expertise don’t feel like a good match personally as they like to sloop and change angles often.

Also unless you keep him back some Sabacc is the biggest threat. And will likely be popped then QD then Vizier. Unless QD is the prototype and the opponent wants the shield diminishing gone first.

Optimized Prototype is "Galactic Empire only" and won't work on QD at all. Pure Sabaac and Vizier are the only choices.

Onto the main list, I don't like that Pure Sabaac doesn't have any access to rerolls. I know the OP condition allows you to chuck a blank, but getting multiple blanks on a short-lived ship like Pure Sabaac is going to suck. You've got potential focus stacking from Vizier, Expertise, and the ability to take a focus token on your own. But no rerolls. Perhaps Predator would be better than Expertise. It always works even after S-Loops, and is a point cheaper. Crack Shot is cheaper still, and front-loads the damage boost. Alternately, Veteran Instincts is always good, getting to PS 8 seems like it'd matter. Clearly jump Vessery, Dash, Asajj and Ketsu, tie with Corran, Miranda, and Inquisitor. Being higher PS might be the difference on a squishy, highly-targeted ship like Sabaac between attacking with or without the bonus die, or getting in a second or third attack before dying.

Personally, I might rather have Duchess. VI Duchess is two points cheaper than Sabaac, and kind of a damage threat with the OP condition allowing her to get more mileage out of potentially unmodified dice. At very least, she can take a shield off a ship before QD opens fire.

As to the QD build, I'd consider Pattern Analyzer over Advanced Optics, particularly if you stick with Pure Sabaac. Optics is mostly defensive if you're running the Expertise variant of QD, since they'll already have focus modifications on attack roles. What Pattern Analyzer gets you is red moves. Being able to Barrel Roll or focus after a S-Loop or a 1-Hard is pretty good, and while Optics will preserve an existing focus, there's no guarantee that one exists. Advanced Optics might still be the way to go for you and how you fly, but I'd think about it. Folks frequently won't expect red moves from an Expertise Quickdraw, and PA is probably the best card to enable that.

Another spicy card to consider would be a Threat Tracker on Quickdraw. If you went with a Predator on Pure Sabaac, you could afford it. It kinda stinks to give up your Target Lock, but Expertise is still there, and a barrel roll out of arc to avoid shots and space out shield losses could be huge. Lose a shield on the first attack, then dodge the attack from a second ship, and keep that shield count high. If you'd be able to stretch QD to a full three extra shots, that'd be amazing. I've never played Threat Tracker, though, so that's mostly a theoretical concept. I don't know how hard it would be to pull off on real table geometry, and it might not work, but in theory it might be good.

If switching away from Expertise Pure Sabaac to a 1-point Elite upgrade or switched to Duchess, I'd also consider trading the tech upgrade on QD for a Missile. Expertise QD with Cruise, Harpoon, or Concussion would all be very good. Harpoon is mathematically the best. Concussion avoids issues from being at Range 1. Cruise takes more work to set up a big-dice attack. A VI or Crack Shot Pure Sabaac, paired with a Harpoon Quickdraw makes for a reasonable alpha strike.

Who wants the focus from Vizier here??

The builds themselves seem strong, but I wonder why Vizier at all.

Sabacc usually evades every round and then gets a focus from Vizier giving him some serious defense. With their similar dials it should be no problem for them to stay close enough to keep the synergy going every round as well focus fire on a target.
