I have tried this every way I can think to try it, with most, if not all, investigators. Can you get past the dog in Vengeful Impulses? Or is this the creator's little joke on us to drive us barking mad? HELP!

I don’t think there is anything in the garden space other than that angry dog. Because of this scenarios darkness mechanic it wouldn’t make sense to be able to end a turn outside maybe ?

I believe it's just an alternative to being a locked door. You can't go that way until the lights go out. Then, I think the dog wanders off. Or maybe he remains regardless and that path is just a dead end. Should just be there for flavor.

Or he's attacking you, and I don't remember this mission at all.
