Your results may vary, but that's not my experience. It looks great on paper, but the higher elevation and target priority mean it had died faster in my experience. I find two units of bikes far more effective than a T-47 for pretty much the same cost. More dice, no resistance value, lower profile, and twelve wounds to seven. Really not a contest for me.

And it's the same on the Rebel side. I'd much rather have a full Trooper unit with a Z-6 and a AT-RT with a Laser Cannon. Twelve wounds, better dice, lower profile, and less mobile but can be in two places at once.

Seems drastically less survivable: white defense dice on both, one doesn’t benefit from armor, neither have auto-cover, neither is immune to melee or blast (meaning their cover can be negated by flamethrowers, concussion grenade, or grenade launchers, and lightsabers are applicable at full value)

ie Vader can cut down each unit in one swing, both in two, it would still require four saber throws to bring down the airspeeder on a good day where all dice hit (since cover 1 would reduce them to 2 before conversion)

I would it were so my friend. I'd love to take the T-47 out more, but that's not been my experience in my outings.

I wouldn’t attribute it to skill per se, just unit features. Immune to Vader’s melee is a huge bonus unique to the speeder. He’s going to clear cut the other two. If the incoming fire is even capable of hurting the Speeder it definitely hurt or killed the infantry/atrt.

that release schedule is not the de facto guide amigo....they are coming...i already have mine

i didnt catch it on my 1st read through but i did the second time...i try to revisit it atleast once after each game...sometimes the old eyes miss details now and then
