Beside the masterplay I don't think I would say Mando is town, also Mad.
I was considering the chances of skipping the kill hoping for ebon to safe a scummy Mad and I think it would be quite risky. If Mando let ebon kill they would waste a kill. If they ever skipped the night kill it was cause they were sure a town death would happen.
