as I always think the latter when up for lynch (“stupid town won’t see I’m town I’ll show them in my own lynch”). I also feel LTD is too green (no offence) to know anything about this defence being used in the past by us
My only issue with his suggestion is that he can't vote himself. So attempting to prove his towness by doing so doesn't work, because he is safe in the knowledge that it doesn't affect the vote. He even said that because it doesn't work, he would vote himself. It's an empty gesture that I know scum have used before. Why would LTD need to know about the defense to use it? It's not like the first guy who did knew of its previous use. Nor must it be LTD who came up with it. Who knows what happened between the scum players at night?

I am not 100% sold on LTD, but it is the best read anybody has provided so far. Mad is a close second, but as the evidence for him is that the evidence for LTD is good bordering on too good, I think it only holds substance if LTD is proven innocent, otherwise its groundless. There have been times where evidence piles high to peg a scum early on, after all. Look at what happened last game.

And it’s about probabilities - it’s not that LTD is certain to be Town and Mads is certain to be Scum, I just read the balance that way round. I had an initial ++humansSay”Gut”++ “Gut” feel about Mads that was bad and LTD that was good. Then LTD was almost lynched and the swing against Mads happened and I thought: yeah. This makes sense: get the bad guy and save the Town guy.
