1. Other than sabotage can you play cards in response to someone else playing a card. For example, going in appropriate order. One player plays a “rider card”, the next player decides at that point to play a veto or another rider but didn’t intend to originally?
in other words, if it is an action card that is playable at the same phase can you play it in response to an action card someone else played.
2. On an elect X, can a player play two “rider” action cards, on two different targets? The rules call for not being able to play the same named card. But this felt a little like gaming the game to me, since you are only losing the right to vote once.
