this card seems pretty good indeed. very good for filtering but could easily be a weakness to a discard deck.
I want this IN my discard deck, NOW.
I've been working on a pretty solid Miskatonic/Yog discard deck for a while and I always welcome more card advantage... especially when I get to chose what I draw!

Great article, Marius !
And both purple cards are very strong and disgusting and interesting.
Makes me want to do a recursion deck, and I've never felt that way before.

Yeah, I was thinking last night that it would be great to build a Yog/Shub recursion deck with a bunch of singles of characters from other factions to bring back into play or Shocking Transform into. Fill the deck with a bunch of 1 and 2 drop Yog/Shub stuff to keep alive long enough to get recursion working against a rushing deck...
Hmmm.

Both purple cards?

It's not so much that he's IN the Yog faction... he's Cthulhu's chef and Cthulhu LOVES calamari....
