Been playing 800 point matches in the first two operations.

At 2 hours we're only getting to the end of round 4. That's even with not counting the time for setting up terrain and doing initial deployment.

My opponents and I aren't dawdling or running out the clock either. Today we did Silent Hail Mission 2 and we had 19 activation on the board. I think 120 isn't a realistic amount of time. Maybe 150?

We finished the first two operations. In the allowed time, the vast majority of occasions have half the people finished and half on round 5.

Around here we've been finishing 800 pt games in around 2 hours give or take.

I have 10 acts and finished 2 of my tourney games this weekend within time and one to round 5 which is not that bad.

We had a 9-player tournament this past weekend with 3 rounds. In each round we had at least half of the games finish while one or two went to turn 4. The first round we had one table that took about 20 minutes past the 2hr mark just to finish round 4 but that last round determined the winner.
