I hurt my feet when I wear the wrong shoes to gaming - Chuck Taylors and concrete floors aren't a good pairing.

I've broken a couple of ships off their pegs, but nothing worse than that.

Never broke anything while playing but I did break off a T65 gun while getting re-organized in prep for 2.0

I've dropped a TIE Advanced a couple times. It knocked a wing off but it takes practically nothing to knock a wing off an advanced, one of mine even fell off immediately after just opening the packaging. Fortunately it's just as easy to glue them back on.
