Anyone know of a voice changer that can do things like the slight flange of C3PO or something more harsh like ev-9d9? Also a Stormtrooper helmet speaker. Thanks for any help
A good voice changer
iComm does good trooper fx, including random static. But it's a piece of hardware that costs $170.
There are several approaches here, but my first question is: what are your use cases?

Oh that's a good point. I mainly want it for use in live games at a table.

Hm, to find something like that to fit all your needs is likely going to get pricey. There are probably toys or apps for a phone that could do one or maybe even a few of these on the cheap though.
Screaming bee software
I occasionally use Voice Effects, a free Android app, for my game. It's not perfect, but it hits a wide variety of effects (Vader, Stormtroopers, Batman, the Flash, Transformers, and many many others).
