I have been avoiding the forums since the 2.0 announcement. I want to go into the game completely blind. My TIE Reapers are only a couple days away, and once I exhaust all of the possible squads with them, I'll order my 2.0 stuff (only 1 conversion kit and 1 core set).

Not that excited for 1.0. Games aren't the same when they mean nothing. I like playing xwing and learning from my mistakes and how to fly certain ships better. Right now, its all for nothing. It's fun, but not rewarding which drains my motivation to play.

I keep thinking I will miss 1.0 and then I play against Snap Shot Ezra or Low/Regen-Friend or Timewalk Asajj and I am just like "good riddance". I want to do good in store champs, but not looking forward to it since FFG decided to ignore 1.0 and not release any FAQs to help out the summer tourneys with this sheathipede/harpoon garbage meta.

I hadn't played in over six months. 2.0 is honestly the only thing that saved my collection from the "Maybe again some time" dust pile of my game collection.

eh - I've been enjoying x-wing less today.

I played my first game since early January today. I won, But I sort of miss the early days when I just had the core set, and had to fight over 5 upgrade cards before the weekly game with a friend after science class (on Mondays).

2.0 may help that. But I feel like I won't be playing as much unless it really gets my attention again.
