Rexler looks fine.

Not sure about wampa, seems like he is just going to draw fire, and in a basic TIE he won’t last long.

Exactly. I'ts a mini-biggs effect. You don't HAVE to shoot him, but if you don't, he gets stronger attacks. And if you have him, Iden Versio and Howlrunner in a list, who do you shoot first?

Yeah, Wampanoag makes an interesting dynamic alongside others.

His ability isn't so wonky anymore, so there is a chance that he gets an EPT. Wampa with Juke would be a pretty big threat. Shooting at an evading TIE is never fun, but if you don't he'll punish you for it.

92 points gets you Han Solo. Do you really think Rexler is worth more than Han? We know from test games that Supernatural+Afterburners+FCS+Cluster vader is approx 84 points. In no way is a naked Rexler better than that. If Rexler costs more than 80 he's not a good use of points.

Pretty sure its sense Vader is 84 points, I highly doubt superntural costs the same as sense.

Having seen the way Defenders can bully aces in 1.0, I'm not so convinced. Vader can only Supernatural barrel roll unless he wants to hurt himself, and even if he gets out of arc he's shooting into 3 agility with Focus + Evade protecting 4 shields and 3 hull. Rexlar will likely just shrug the attack off, K-turn again and continue applying pressure.

I love the way these two are designed (other than 3 agility, but you know me)

Empire's getting the coolest design gameplay wise imo

Thane's ability isn't actually any better. The added ability to look at cards and not have to hit is tempered by the fact that the attack has to be against something already sporting damage cards and that you're losing a relevent die result

A juking Rex can land some nasty faceups against anything that takes a damage card from his attack. That's WITHOUT giving up any relevant results.

Apples/oranges really, though I 5 works against Thane having to shoot at damaged enemies to get his ability working.
