Standalone decks

Reading the rules for playing labarynths of lunacy, it says to follow the standalone deck building rules. This got me wondering - how do people tend to approach standalone deck building? Do people think there is an optimal Xp vs Weakness point in the scale?

It'd be useful if we could search ArkhamDB decks by XP required, as well.

When I attended a Labyrinths of Lunacy event we were told that 19xp or 29xp decks were recommended. This was what most people brought but I did see everything from 9xp to 39xp decks.

It probably also depends on class. I feel that Mystics become substantially more powerful with quite a lot of xp, while Seeker and Survivor decks can be very strong with much less xp.

I think the 19xp limit is the sweet spot for Standalone.
