Csn i play Disorient if my target doesn't have a focus or hidden token?

The requirement seems to be that a figure must suffer a damage. If i just want to strain a figure, can it still be played for that effect? Are power tokens considered beneficial conditions?

There are actually 2 requirements that must both be met when you play this card. As you said, one requirement is that the figure suffers damage, but in that first sentence is says that the figure that suffered the damage also has to be one that has a beneficial condition.

Note that it says Beneficial condition, not beneficial token. Conditions include things like Bleed, Stun, Weakened, and beneficial conditions include Focused and Hidden.

So no you cannot use this on a figure that doesn't have a beneficial condition (Focused or Hidden) and power tokens do not count as beneficial conditions.
