MY suggestion would be to simply use the Emperor's Royal Guard stats.

The weapons and armor were more advanced and wanted to show it

I’d use the Imperial Royal Guard as a starting template, but give their armor the Cortosis quality and kit them out with cool melee weapons.

Modify the weapons up if needs be; often even the humblest of weapons are made all the more deadly with a series of fully modded attachments.
