What do they look like?
They’re referenced in a few old WEG books and some old novels. There’s mention of them in Friends Like These. There’s the Thalassian Security Collar in Lords of Nal Hutta. But the wiki entries are stubs.
Does anybody have a reference with a physical description? Otherwise, I’m going to say near human and call it a day.
