That didn't take long...

Link?

Horton and Dutch look awesome! Gavin in the E-Wing is rad! I'm loving what I'm seeing so far!

...and there is the English version of gunner Luke...

Interesting!

There were only 2 turrets - Dorsal & Ion.

No Mangler Cannon (Or renamed equivalent, which doesn’t bode well for my poor Scyks...)

Gonk is now generic and not faction-locked.

I don't see the Luke and Han Gunner cards but I'm guessing they'll be part of the Core Set (EDIT: Never mind, found Luke and Han). No Obi Wan, but again, he'd probably be in the Core Set. Was hoping Leia crew card would have a better ability but it's basically the same. :(

The Luke & Han cards are in there, and Leia is ever-so-slightly better since her energy regenerates, meaning you can use her multiple times.

Edit: And I believe Core was already fully spoiled with no Obi Wan.

Some highlights I can see:

Luke is in English as he is in Polish

Outrider title means we basically get double Dash from 1st, with a small side of Kanan

I think Lowrick has to choose whether to help his friend before dice are rolled, then gives out an evade token rather than adding an evade result.

Rebel Fenn is PS6 with the same ability >.<

No more guessing zero with 3po, and you need to spend a calculate to do the ability, though you do get 2 tokens with the action.

On a similar point, Leebo can regen a calculate token after they've been used on a roll.

Etahan is back and he's called Gavin!

Been on the fence about pre-ordering and, if anything, I'm kinda leaning towards "no" right now.

Why do most of the ARC-170 pilots use subtitles identical to what they would be in other ships? Garven is already Red Leader on the X-wing so there's already a clash in Wave 1. Norra Wexley has a Y-wing squadron designation (Gold 9) and Shara Bey has a A-wing squadron designation (Green 4), so those will likely remain the same as well when/if they come to the game as pilots for those two ships. How come they couldn't use the function as intended, the same way as they did for Ibtisam (who is 'Survivor of Endor')?

Kyle Katarn with no force power ? Come on FFG...

I guess their function is to separate pilot ability rather than pilot/ship combinations.

On the plus side, Chewie's subtitle is 'The Mighty'.

Any idea where the Core was spoiled? Link?

Yeah, the Rebel Conversion kit unboxing pushed me back the other week. Rebels look like a proper buzzkill in 2.0.

I may buy in 2019 but I'm going to see how it shakes out.

Why's that?

Any chance that they got their hands on a scum kit as well?

And Initiative! I like it, as it maintains continuity across ships. Gives you the sense that it is the same pilot from the same point in their career/same role just flying different ships.

No Tarn Mison, K2-S0, or Tycho Celchu is a bummer.

Initiative 3 is very crowded.

Overall there are alot less upgrades than I hoped too. Especially astromechs and crew members. Is this really supposed to be everything in wave 1?

Don't be shocked if the new conversion kits in Wave 2 add more content; less is good for a launch as it means what is there has been tested better (least that's the theory)

I'm wondering the same thing. I might could understand how FFG would hold K2-SO and Obi Wan back when they take boxes to shows but Tarn and Tycho Celchu? Also, where's Wes Janson, Jek Porkins and Hobbie? Did they not make the cut into 2.0?

Why would there be a "Rebel" conversion kit in Wave 2?

"Resistance" am not saying Rebel only cards; just different cards in the resistance conversion

Perkins is in the core set

Same thing as with Corran. The introduction of the "Subtitles" of named pilots helps to differentiate between characters at different points in time.
Corran in the E-Wing (which he flew before he became a Jedi) is called "Tenacious Investigator" specifying that this is Corran who hasn't discovered his force affinity yet.
Same with Kyle. He lost the Moldy Crow before he became a Jedi Knight so here we get the Darkforces I and II version of him. You know what this also means? This opens quite a few options of implementing him as a Raven's Claw pilot and then giving him a force ability.

At least Tarn and Wes are easy ones. They were part of an Epic Expansion and will be released together with the Epic conversion kit.
