When I look to buy anything just about everything is "not available" Is this game done and I just missed the announcement?

You're just our weekly player who doesn't know that FFG is not allowed to sell IA online because of a licensing deal with Hasbro and comes here thinking the game is no longer being made. We get 1 or 2 of these threads on all the different IA forums every week.
The game is still being printed, you should be able to find it at Amazon or your FLGS (but probably not Barnes and Noble, they recently did a firesale of all old FFG Star Wars games from their shelves), and if not, they can order more for you. I know for a fact that my local store just restocked their Core sets from their distributor after selling out recently.

That makes a TON of sense.
Thank you!
I think an admin needs to pin a thread on this subject.
It's more fun to point to the previous thread discussing it. This time I needed to go to the second page even, so it was about time to get the question again.
Do you think a pinned thread would help when people don't tend to find the old threads that have very suggestive subject lines?

As an admin on another forum, I can absolutely answer in the negative.
Na. Just leave it. It's cute. We can make a game out of it every week.
Is it bad that at this point I want this question answer with just a link to the previous thread so that after two months people have to click through 10 links to get the answer? I mean, I feel like it’s mean to the people who ask... but, I just rewatched the Groundhog Day episode of SG-1, which might have inspired me to have some fun with it.

I vote to make this tradition
or how about everyone reacts with a 'Haha' reaction with no comments?
So we have two motions on the table.
My way actually answers their question by sending them down a path of repetition that the threads actually cause (call it a rite of passage).
@The Cocky Rooster ‘s way is effing funny.
Does anyone else have a solution to propose?
Eh, as funny as these are, I do kinda hate the idea of coming across like this to new fans. We can take all the support we can get.
But I guess your idea is still at least helpful in the end, Guest

That's the thing, New guys are always gonna ask, and keep getting met with eye rolls (which isn't fun for someone new looking to get into the game).
I think a pinned post (for newbies) is a great idea. (As by the sounds of it, it keeps getting buried, and no ones gonna stumble on it easily).
Just to be clear: I was joking.
The best thing would be if FFG put a comment explaining the situation in their relevant online store section. I'm not quite sure, but this might be the thinking man's solution...

But as we all know by now, FFG keeps everything close to them and doesn't divulge information easily.

...why not both?

Oh, I hope no one was taking either suggestion too seriously. Aside from being kind of mean, organizing it would be like herding cats. I know I wouldn’t take part in my own idea ? .

Oh, I know you guys were just joking!
I just wanted to make sure that no one else might seriously consider this.
Sarcasm is hard to interpret on the internet sometimes.
