The good news is that I have a friend with a laser cutter. ?
The bad news is that I made them about three weeks before the big 2.0 announcement. ?
Designed by me, for me. Total etching time was an hour, with probably another hour-plus for painting.

Great work!

- the scraps bin at a local plastics chain, which is dirt cheap at $1.50/lb. but you're at the mercy of fate as for colors (usually it's only light blue, clear and white), or
- full-size sheets, which are industrial-size 4' x 8' panels and cost over a hundred bucks
okay well thats a shame as I would have easily shelled out like 50 bucks for a set, but either way, nice job!
Very nice indeed!

Ok, that is way too much. My family ran a laser engraving business for a while and we could get sheets for around $2-3 a square foot.
Anyway, you should be able to add the necessary lines to your pattern and add them to the existing templates.
