Thinking about practing this for an upcoming tournament. Only problem is, I don't know if I'll be able to use Tacical Officer, as it may not be relased by the tournament. ?
If that's the case, I could go Mercenary Co-Pilot instead to change two hits to crits (at range 3 anyways) to help punch through that harpoon damage. Any thoughts? Would I better off just taking QuickDraw alongside the gunboats? I've never been very good with QD, though.
